Initial Consultation

A direct conversation with Paul about your application, class rules, target power, and budget. No intake forms. No sales team.

Block Inspection & Machining

Bore, deck, and hone completed in-house on calibrated equipment. Every critical dimension is measured and documented before moving forward.

Cylinder Head Preparation

Porting, valve seat cutting, and combustion chamber work matched to the camshaft profile and intended RPM range.

Component Selection & Fitting

Pistons, rods, crank, and valvetrain selected for your specific application and fitted to measured clearances, not catalogue specs.

Assembly

Paul assembles every engine by hand. Torque sequences, bearing clearances, and ring end gaps are verified at each stage — not assumed.

Final Verification

Engine is leak-tested, oil-pressurized, and documented before delivery. You receive a build sheet with every measured clearance.

A racing engine operates at tolerances that have no margin for approximation. Bearing clearances measured in ten-thousandths of an inch, ring end gaps calculated against bore temperature at operating load, deck clearances that determine compression ratio and flame travel — these are not specifications you read off a chart and accept.
